If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately.
All shipments are packaged with great care by experienced packers using standard approved packaging methods. If any damage occurs in transit, do not refuse shipment as this will cause you unnecessary shipping expense and delay. The carrier is fully responsible for damage in transit and a claim must be filed with them. We will assist you in every possible manner in collecting your claims for loss or damage. All claims must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods.
Apex Fountains are manufactured to the highest standard possible and are warranted to be free of defects in material or workmanship for a period of one year from the date of shipment. Apex Fountains will repair or replace without charge for parts or labor (buyer pays freight, all repairs FOB Philadelphia, PA USA).
